Is it true that Medicare is soliciting donations to keep the program alive? I did a web search, and noticed that no one who lives in Florida can make a donation. What's up with this?
Florida is Bush country. They don't like Medicare.
Cav, believe me, I know all about Bush country..What I didn't know is that Medicare is asking for donations. I don't get it.
Honestly, without a link, I wouldn't know. We Canajuns haven't heard anything about it.

Well, It seems that this may be about cyber donations to help certain individuals defray the cost of medical expenses. Probably a scam.

Not too worry, Eva. I never do anything that I don't understand. It really wasn't about me, it was about my son, who upon arriving at his home after a lengthy hospital stay, found that in his mail.
Have you heard any more about husker?
Thanks for reminding me to call. I just tried his hospital room -- got no answer. Maybe they have him out for another test or treatment? I will try again later.
Have neither heard nor read word one about Medicare soliciting donations. Sounds like a scam.
