My husbands ex was not honest when filling out forms reguarding her income & house hold expenses. She said she lives alone with her 3 kids making minimum wage. She cheated on her current husband, devorced him & back with him all in 2 months. Yet she left out that he lives with her & pays most all bills,rent,etc. also failed to mention settlement she got of a little less that half a million.
Is that something that might change the smount given to her?

@Scjoc,
Yep.

Talk to your lawyer in the case (you do have a lawyer, right?) about the belief that she has perjured herself on the forms.

@jespah,
We dont. She filed for modification & the state came up with a high number for one child but we just settled cause we dont want the fight plus we thought if we contested it then it possibly could go up when calculating in sick/vacation pay.
Now we r strugling to pay bills & provide for other 2 kids that live with me. Was reading over papers & on hers came across her leaving out her exhusband living with her & she didnt write about her 1/2 mil settlement. But not sure if that applys. Just wondering if anyone has knowledge on if that info could possibly change anything
