I and my gf have been in a relationship for the past 5 years and long distance since last year. Recently she decided to take a break because she thinks I don't trust her. But honestly, I do. I just did and said some things that made her think otherwise. She doesn't call or text often and now she isn't sure how long she wants to be by herself. I don't know what to do.

You said that she thinks that you don't trust her, although you do trust her. I think the underlined reason she might think that is because you are in a long distance relationship. There are all kinds of issues and problems that may come up with long distance relationships. Time away from each other. Not being able to spend quality intimate time together. Not being able to see each other in person. Wondering if there someone else where he or she is. Long distance can be a strain on a relationship.
