a) He was influenced by his opinion. I forbade him. Can I write:

1) I forbade him to be influenced by his opinion.

At the same way can I write:

2) We will have to follow the rules made by God to be blessed by Him. ( We want to be blessed by God, and for this we will have to follow the rules. And this rules are made by God).

3) They will sit for the examination to be nominated for the post. (Is this sentence correct grammatically? By the way where will I place 'grammatically'? Either before or after 'correct')

4) He will not want to be separated from his family.

Thanks in advance.
