Seems a survey of studies of how whites and blacks view police not how in reality police behavior differently or not differently toward white and black populations.

We already knew that if a police officer or even a citizen act in self defense against a black hoodlum a large percent of the poor black population can be work up by the likes of a Sharpton to the point of riots in some cases..

Cooperate with officer, accept ticket, if asked if you know something, explain you had no idea, find proof of innocence, go to court, explain to judge. Half the time the officer won't show anyway, in which case, traffic violation deleted.

Also, do this regardless of what color you are or how racist you might think a police officer is. It will make your day go a lot easier.
