Flat universe(directional motion)

As we know a proton at the LHC is highly flattened in it's direction of motion,
WMAP provides strong evidence that our universe is flat.
If we see the "universe" as part of a multiverse, could we then speculate that our universe is flattened in it's direction of motion?

@Dimensional Tourist,
How can something be flattened in all directions?

Since 'all directions' is the only reference we have for its direction of travel.

@Leadfoot,
This is what I am trying to understand, Wmap tells us "Measurements indicate that the universe is flat, suggesting that it is also infinite in size",
Meaning it is infinitely flat in all directions.
I was speculating that the universe could then be travelling in infinite directions/into infinite dimensions?
which also brings to my mind the "many world" theory.
