I would contact the store that is listed on the sticker.
-After my research , the store is now : Award Trophy 2506 S Hopkins Ave Titusville ,Fl 32780 (321) 269-7584
-I would call and ask them if they know the contact information of the owner of the store "Arts Unlimited ,The Fun Store" if they don't ask if you can have the Leasing Companies name , they should know something.
