My best friend's tubes have been tied for ten years not burned, only 2in cut, is it still possible for her to concieve a baby? and Is there any medication could help her ? Because she want to be a mother,and do not want to do the surgery to move her tubes

Adoption is another one of heavens options! If I could to do things over again, all my kids would be adopted. No wear and tear on my body, just on the lady given me her baby. Oh yeah!
