Did we grant SSM out of order?

While it's great same-sex marriage is now the law of our land, I think we did it out of order. And hsould have fully banned discrimination because of sexual orientation, gender identity, etc. FIRST.

Here in my state for example, while I could now marry another man, I could also then be evicted from my home of 16 years, refused a new home, fired from my job, denied another job, and basicly have to live in a box under an overpass - with my new husband.

Shoulda done marriage after the other stuff imo.
