How to Upload a GIF that move in news feed ?

HI all

please look at the screenshot taken form my Phone , see how the guy was able to upload GIF image to Facebook ! and the image move when you click on it ,

he uploaded the image on a site called media.giphy.com , which is does not exist.

when I try to upload a GIF image using giphy and share it , it turn out a link , as you can see in the bottom ,

can you please help me ?

Just attach it as you would a picture.

Yes, it will. People need to click on it. Facebook does not default to gifs moving unless people click first.
