Arrogance:
is when someone who is ignorant to the topic of discussion pretends they are not.
It is also when, someone who is not ignorant to the contents of the discussion act as though they are, and ignore principal rules of discussion (acknowledgement).
Arrogantly being Ignorant is the cause of all Aggravation and Irritation a human suffers. The arrogance of politics, teachers, parents, friends, partners, clients,.
A TRoll is one of these.

Look at how he replies with utter arrogance; demonstrating the very example I specified.
