No email account to receive password

Email i used to create facebook has been deleted permanently due to no activity for 2 yrs. I need my password to open up account on my new phone but it keeps asking me" for security reasons please enter password".
I do not know my password!!! I didn't create secondary email or put in my phone number when creating account. I have since tried but need password. Is there anyway of creating new password?
