He's been away for 4 mons now working overseas .. For the first 3 mons he keep on mesgng me .. Updating about everything telling me how he misses me .. Then recently everything changed he no longer says he misses me he no longer calls .. Mesgs from him doesn't come as often anymore .. What to do?

Can you visit him? How much longer is he expected to be away?
It sounds to me like he's gotten busy. Whether that's with work or his life there or with someone else, you're not going to know this unless you communicate with him and he tells you.
So ask.

I kept asking him about it but his answers wer like he is busy with work with the laundry there is no power no internet connection ..

He seems to be making excuses. How about asking when you can visit?
