PC Power Supply to Amp

Can I wire a 12v 5amp stereo amplifier to a computer power supply molex connector? The amp just has two bare wires, I'm assuming 12v and ground, which appear to be exactly what a molex connector wires to. Would it be dangerous? I'm building a home arcade and would like to wire everything up to the power supply. Thanks for your help!
