What am I?

I'm non apparent by nature, yet clearer than vision, I bring tears to your eyes whether they're puffy or the corners of your mouth are reaching for your eyes. I can be a problem on a lonely evening; beguiling blurry visions till they deviate from what was once a certain truth. Now you're cured, yet lost within dopamine driven boundaries. Lead astray between two worlds but somehow the fantasy and the reality couldn't be any more similar.


I'm never there when you want me to be, but when I'm here you wouldn't care anyway.


I'm inconvenient to inconvenience. Still, i'll never go away...
