Is this girl playing me?

So I've like this girl for ages, and she used to be all nice and happy and everything. But now, I'm not so sure she likes me like that anymore. Here's why:

- Often links hands with me at recess, swings her hands with mine, and we talk.
- We joke a lot and poke fun at each other and have playful arguments.
- She once at a party tried to kiss me, but I didn't comply simply because I don't wanna get my hopes up.

However:

- Some days she'll be totally fine with others, and pissed off with me
- I ALWAYS text her first
- She has no problem ditching me for other guys to talk to
- She can be really rude to me at times.
- This one sounds dumb, but when her bus arrives, she'll hug everyone else, and I'll only get a fleeting "bye hon" i only mention this because my friends pick up on it.

So what do you think? Am I being played, or do you think she might just be very confusing?
Also, she's quite flirty with other guys, but not to the extent that she is with me.
