I have Win 2000 and Outlook Exp 5.0 , and I think 5.o is a problem. How can I upgrade to OE 6.0 or better. Dick

It appears Microsoft no longer provides support for Outlook Express.
Outlook Express 6 was part of Internet Explorer 6. (IE)

Which version of IE are you using?
Microsoft is recommending those using Outlook Express move to Outlook.com, their online mail service.

Wiki says this about Outlook:
