The stomach flu?

If my daughter and I just had the stomach flu and my boyfriend just now got it while my daughter and I are just now over it could we get it again? Or no because we still kinda have it?

If it only took 24 - 48 hours, it most likely was food poisoning and not influenza. Ask your doctor to be sure.
