Learning a certain language is a long-term course. One should stick to it everyday, reading articles, writing in English, litening to English and speaking it out.
Cultivate an interest is also of importance. I often listen to English songs and watch English movies, it's just relaxing and I pick up the language sense.

Maybe you can try to listen to VOA or BBC carefully at least one hour a day, speak it out, read English articles and write something in English regularly.

You should start reading some good books and Articles in English and use dictionary to understand the mean of it. This method will help you and your vocabulary will become strong.
