time change

My girlfriend and I have been a relationship for twp years and over two years we would always see each other everyday .recently she has been doing long activity after school that prevent us from seeing each other .she really enjoys doing it but I feel disappointed and lonly were it afects my mood the whole day nowing I cant come home and see her any more it is coseing this delema to the point of asking her to quit am I overr reacting and just not us to change? What should u do
