Do you need an App to post to wall with API?

Hello,

I have created an App and are able to post to my business page "pageID"
But when I try to post to my personal profile wall "pageID", I get the error:

"The target user has not authorized this action +OAuthException"

I wonder if one App only are authorized for one page in my case and I need to create a new App for my personal wall page?
