This was more of a nightmare car: A '61 Valiant, with a push-button shift. I didn't have a license and drove it into a snow drift in upstate NY back in '71. Totalled it. Oh well, it only cost me $50...Some art students took it off my hands for $5 and made it part of their senior project.

Touch choice...
When I was a youngster, an older boy, Tommy, in the neighborhood had this incredible car. I was the only girl in our neighborhood full of boys, and we always went over when Tommy was working on his car. The boys all asked questions and offered to help, hand him tools, whatever he needed. Once I asked a stupid "girl" question, which was quickly met by a roar of laughter. Tommy yelled at them, and didn't let them make fun of me. Then, the ultimate happened. He let me sit behind the wheel and rev the car several times. HEAVEN! It was a very memorable moment.

The car was a 1970 'Cuda, 440 6 pack in Bronze Metallic. I have wanted a Cuda ever since.

But I would take a Viper too!

Very Happy

I wouldn't mind a viper either. I want the one that has over 500 horsepower though. Don't ask me what i'd do with it though, because I don't know.
If someone actually told me I could have any car I wanted, i'd have to do some investagating before I made my final choice.
Other then the car I have today, a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon the best car I ever owned was a '67 Cougar XR7.

Gotta really love all the 'muscle cars' ... and I particularly like the late 60's early 70's but, expanding past that for a nice car well...I gotta go with the 1955 Gull Wing 300SL MB

Oh yeah, hebba, gimme that Jag! But, I'd say yes to anything with a big block, like in a mid/late '60's 'Vette... Or a Chevy Bel-Air '57. Or a '68 Pontiac Bonneville... And a rolling gas-station to go with that!

Nothing beats cubic inches!
