2000 Nissan Frontier . Ok so I replaced the alternator last night and forgot to disconnect my battery. While installing the alternator I got a spark from the bolt on wire on the alternator. I quickly disconnected the battery and finished installing the alternator. When I went to start it nothing. Found out the battery fuse (80AMP) under the hood was shot. Replaced and still nothing. Even tried to jump it.

@Worstluckevr ,
Check the rest of fuses first, perhaps the fuses going to the relays were also affected.

Check the relays, specially the one for ignition.

Also, tight the connections. a little non notorious loose connection to the battery will cause a non starting problem.
