Obamacare--how to get a copy of your application?

I've been trying to get copies of both my applications for Obamacare, for 2014 and 2015. When I tried to print them out, I got only blank pages. When I try to view them on the web site, I'm blocked. I want copies of these applications as proof that I did apply. Does anyone else know how to get copies? Thanks.

How about calling customer service at healthcare.gov and asking them.

The phone number is right there.
