There was a movie I remember that used to be on every Xmas when I was younger. I don't remember a lot but toys were coming alive and seemed to be a battle of good against evil. Think there was a shrunken person or 2 involved and the only specific part was a Tank at the top of some stairs. It's not Babes in toyland. Any help appreciated

It could have been a version of the Nutcracker!? It was early 80's so probably a 70's film?
