I am a MBBS student (Scheduled caste) in final year. the college is refusing to allow me to write exam, because i'm a student studying in scholarship and since the scholarship has
not reached the college.
Isn't it my right to appear to exams.??
Does the college has the rights to stop me from appearing for exams.??
is it legal??
