Which sentence is correct?

"You, our relationship, and our love ARE what is important to me in life."

Or

"You, our relationship, and our love IS what is important to me in life."

Or should the whole sentence be restructured?

@ss2d2,
Either one can be used.

The subjects can be a list of individual things, so "are" is used.

OR

The subjects can be considered a unit or combined thing, so "is" can be used.
