Im not feeling very well after allergic reaction to Salmon

last night I ate Salmon because i was hungry and there was nothing else to eat......Which was a bad idea i had a mild allergic reaction and a Benadryl stopped the swelling and i felt better...... Now i feel very sick, weak, and i feel like im going to throw up....... im very tired all of the time i can sleep for 3 weeks if no one disturbs me..... and im also very dizzy....
