In the following context:
'someone who really loves you sees what a mess you are but still wants you in their life'

is 'wants' correct or should it be 'want'?

Lavi, "wants" is right 'cuz evidently you're loved by singular "someone". Otherwise

Those who really love you see what a mess you are but still want you in their lives

Single person:

Someone who really loves you sees what a mess you are but still wants you in their life

Multiple persons:

People who really love you see what a mess you are but still want you in their lives
