It's too reveal?

One of my buddies good at English showed me three expressions :

1. It's too showy.
2. It's too loud.
3. It's too reveal.

The three are, according to him, almost the same thing.
I doubt whether the third one is a correct one or not.

I suspected that probably 'revealing' is more common and proper than 'reveal' there, but I couldn't dare to ask him as he hates it when asked.

Is the third one completely okay grammatically?
I'd appreciate your comment.

@SMickey,
You are correct that revealing is the word to use in that sentence.

The three sentences do not mean the same thing. They could in some very specific cases, describe the same thing but they are are describing different attributes.

i.e. a dress could be showy, loud and revealing but each of those three words would tell you something different about the dress

@chai2,
That certainly made me just snort my cornflakes.

Some of us are only half awake, y'know.

@ehBeth,
Thanks. I'm relieved that my guess is right.
I, by the way, get curious how exactly they are different though.
I need to have a research on it.
Thank you ehBeth.

@chai2,
Haha. It's interesting.

Let me get this straight.
So, 'being showy' is somewhat elegant and very far from being 'lustful',
and 'being loud' is rather funny, letting people glance at you,
and 'being revealing' is what reminds us of something sexy and sensational.

Am I right?

Pictures paint a thousand word.
They surely do.

@Lordyaswas,
Would you please help me understand 'snort one's cornflakes'?
Is it another way of saying 'It is really funny. I can't stop laughing?'

@SMickey,
Showy = flashy, expensive, opulent. You are dressing to show off in some way. Expensive jewellry maybe, or top end designer dress/shoes etc.

Loud = wearing bright, gaudy colours with no real sense of style or coordination.

Revealing = Showing more flesh than is normal. In Iraq, a woman's ankle would be considered too revealing (as it was in Victorian Britain), but in most western countries, little is left to the imagination nowadays, as Chai's picture demonstrates.

@SMickey,
Yes. It's never pleasant when one suddenly reads or sees something funny or surprising whilst eating or drinking.
A mouthful of food or drnk usually ends up going everywhere on such occasions.

@Lordyaswas,
BTW lordy, I'm sorry I didn't get your permission to use that photo of you.

It was taken at that karaoke night, when you won first prize singing "I've got a luverly bunch of coconuts"

@chai2,
Yes, I tend to get more notes stuffed in my thong when I wear the peacock spangled headgear.

The notes get higher in denomination when I sing 'It's raining men', and when I sing The Marrow Song, I get free drinks all evening.

Marrow Song.

@Lordyaswas,
Now that one I had to look up. I think of marrow as what is in the inside of bones.

To us Yanks, we would call marrow zucchini.

I hate zucchini.

My feelings exactly.
