@Butrflynet,
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don't waste it on sugary junk! Instead, rise and shine with these healthier versions of common breakfast foods.
My healthy recipes for breakfast:-
Crisp Apple and Almond Cereal

Ingredients
1 small Granny Smith apple, diced
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon mixed dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, and/or dates)
1/4 cup almonds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions
Place apple in a cereal bowl. Top with banana, then dried fruit and almonds. Pour almond milk over the top, and sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.

Yuck ! ! !

I have three eggs, poached, on wheat toast with hash browned potatoes, sausage links and a side of white sausage gravy on biscuits. Maybe some crispy bacon, too . . .

A bowl of steel cut oats with chopped sunflower and pumpkin seeds, a biscuit of shredded wheat, and a small handful of raisins.

This is followed by a smoothie consisting on an orange, a small raw beet, a carrot, mango chunks, wild blueberries, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a heaping half teaspoon of cayenne pepper, two ounces of apple cider vinegar, and two ounces of nutritional yeast.
