Which is correct (if either are correct!):

"We offer a private network to members, who wish to connect with others in a safe and secure way, worldwide."

OR

"We offer a private network to members, who wish to connect with others in a safe and secure way, throughout the world."

Thank you in advance for any assistance and/or suggestions!

Both are fine; neither needs any commas.

Con above quite right,. However, removing the first changes meaning. With the comma all members wish and are offered the net; whereas without, only those members are offered who also wish to connect
