Pragmatic Freedom
Members of the EU are vociferous about the fundamental right of freedom of movement or migration.
Freedom is the Value whereas Freedom of Movement is a pragmatic that is right or wrong according to circumstances. [We may doubt that kind of freedom that would allow unhealthy and socially destructive overcrowding to grow]
More exactly. There is responsible Freedom, or Freedom of immediate self interest, or no freedom which is to say in reverse the freedom to do what suits the 'state' or a tyrant etc.
Freedom comes with great responsibility.
Having no great responsibility takes away the great privilege of having freedom.
Most people want freedom, but will do nothing with it.
They just "want" it, like some spoiled brat that yells and throws fits for attention with no real reason behind it all.
