facebook insights post reach and post Engagement

I have a facebook entertainment service page with 35 K followers. when i start the posting until now the page have a good Engagement rate attached pics is the page insights you can see the Engagement rate is very good, the problem is the page has 35k follower but the reach is very low its always about 1k to 2k. I know that facebook reach is depend on Engagement rate but if you look to my screenshot you can notice that the Engagement rate is very good. I need to know what going on?

I've just started a page for my business and I have no idea how the whole things works... but at least it's stopped everyone saying 'you really should have a facebook page'.

I know, Jes, but watch the video. The guy's conclusion is the 'likes' you are allowed to buy become exactly like the 'likes' you buy from a clickfarm. And the inability to delete false likes means you are stuck reaching out to 10,000 supposed likes but really only reaching a tenth of that number.

Did I understand it correctly?
