Island riddle

On the island, there are 90 people with brown eyes and 10 people with blue eyes.
A stranger tells them that there is at least one person, whose eyes are blue ( they don't have mirrors and they can't see each other).
After 10 days, all blue eyed people comitt suicide. What happens on the day 11?
