Acer 5516: Which replacement laptop screen needed, does backlighting have to stay CCFL

I have an Acer 5516 laptop. Current (broken) screen is an LTN156AT01 A01. Do I have to replace it just like this (i.e. with a CCFL backlight) or can I get a replacement that has an LCD backlight instead? If it is not a straight up replacement (CCFL for LCD), is it a matter of an additional cable change or something that can be done to accept an LCD backlight? The CCFL backlight models cost quite a bit more, so I just want to make sure what I actually need to buy.
