@dalehileman,
why ? people demonstrated aiming to reverse the policies of this country.
This one could be the past tense sentence . isnt it ?
and i cant understand .
"People is demonstrated aim to reverse the policies of this country "s meaning ?
This is a passive sentence ...right ?

Without the "is" it's a noun clause that many would say isn't a sentence

Sorry Ara but which one is "this one"

Quote:
and i cant understand .
Forgive again Ara but can't understand what

Not good grammar so can't judge meaning

Apologies once more Ara but I'm not a lang tech. Doubtless however we'll hear from one or two

@dalehileman,
ok . i can explain it in an easier way.
people demonstrated aiming to reverse the policies of this country.
U said this sentence cant be a sentence because the "is" was wiped out, but i thought that if this event which happened in a past time . then it does make sense to wipe out the "is" , right ?
i hope u get it this time ..sorry for my poor english
