I'm left handed and can't alternate pick

There's no fast magic way to learn to play a musical instrument. There's only practice, practice, practice. But the way to learn to play something fast, is to play it in time SLOWLY. As slowly as you need to to get it right. Do it over and over and over again. You need to develop that muscle memory. Eventually, speed will come.
