so im doubt that this sentence was made correct or not....

To be grammatically correct, you should write "she was just standing there and was paralyzed with fear."

Or you could write, "she was just standing there, paralyzed with fear."

I would suggest that your second sentence should be your primary concern. It is in much worse shape than the sentence you asked about.

Think about what you wrote there...and see if you cannot improve that sentence.

Probably a variation of, "I think this sentence may not be correct" is probably what you are trying to say.

In my opinion, "I think this sentence may not be worded correctly" is even better...and "I am wondering if a native English speaker would word this sentence the way I did"...is better still.

The way you worded it originally does not sound like the kind of wording a native English speaker would use.
