I have a contract with someone from a different state. They are in breach of the the contract. How do I go about enforcing the contract? I am in PA and they are MA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@jespah,
Thanks. Could you be a little more specific about the process? What paper work is necessary and where do I have to go to do it? Does it matter which state I do it in? Do I need an attorney?

@Zack123,
The only issue I can address is the attorney issue. Yes, you will need one.
