I just made a sentence by using 2 times "of", and thinking that this might be avoided 。
I think that my aunt has spent alot of money for getting the patent of the name of the caffe shop.
Or it can be
I think that my aunt has spent a lot of money for getting the patent of the coffe shop's name. ?

@Arafat ,
A more concise sentence would be, "I think that my aunt has spent a lot of money getting the caffe shop's name patented.

One cannot "patent" the name of a business. One can acquire a trademark or a service mark for such a name, but not a patent.
