In Mission Impossible, Ethan saw his team got killed including Claire Phelps who he thought was in the car, but, didn't he looked for Hanna Williams? Yes she 's really the one who died in the car, but Ethan was unaware of that, he thought it was Claire died of the explosion, therefore, Hanna went missing, why didn't Ethan looked for her?
