I've wanted to date this girl for a really longtime and now that were together I feel uncertain about what I don't know

If what you don't know is bad enough, then break up. You're not married to her. If what you don't is not that bad, then it obviously wasn't a big enough deal to be concern about. If you were married that would be a whole different ball game.
