RS485 connection to Sensor

I have several Vaisala Temp/humidity sensors (HMP110) with RS485 outputs. The input power is 5-28VDC max 5mA. I want to connect it to the National Instruments PXIe 8431/16 which has 8DB9 RS485 male connectors. The Vaisala instrument has 4 coloured wires and 1 ground. I would like to know the best possible setup for connecting the sensor to the PXIexpress.
