I need help to see if my thesis is ok.

Cultural and social patterns of civilizations seem to endure longer than the political framework of states and empires.

I have to write an essay proving this or disagreeing with is and find evidence by talking about ancient mesopotamia, egypt, india or china.

I need help with my thesis. like really really bad help. i don't want a final thesis, but i can't move on without a these.

Even though states/empires had distinct cultures at one point, over time as the world is explored, different cultures are incorporated by one society or another so much that cultures do not define the structure of an empire anymore with the exception of India and China.

That is my thesis. how do i make it better?

in the body, i was going to talk about india and how it's culture still exists
then china
then explain how Mesopotamia and Egypt do not follow their cultures anymore.
