When I upload photos to a new album in FB the name Michael Parsons appears in the description field of every photo. I don't know anyone by that name and FB is not identifying people as that person as often my photos are not people. Hasn't anyone found this problem and what is the fix?
A friend of mine has it happen to but can't find a solution either.

Have never had the problem. Have you recently run anti malware scans on your devices? Since you and a friend have same problem, it makes sense that you're both affected.
