A card game is designed based on five card draw where five players are competing with each other. If certain people made trades to show certain cards with each other or no one decided to share their own cards, what would be the optimal strategy in this situation.

Ostensibly the answer would seem to involve Game theory to some extent although a well reasoned answer means any method can be chosen.

I am sure one of you out there will be able to answer and I would appreciate it.
