The outsourced customer service alienates customers. But apparently the businesses don't care about customer service, they choose to pay outsourced cheap labor to resolve customers concerns. And they irritate the folks buying their products, but who cares if they lose customers. Only the customers and companies that value continued patronage.

Outsourced Customer Service is a misnomer, as it is a well known fact that customers do not receive good service from go-betweens.

If a business really wanted to give their customers good service, they would make sure that it was in-house, easy to contact and helpful.
