example compare book1 to essay1

My body paragraphs are as follows:

paragraph1: talk only about what book1 talks about

paragraph2: talk only about what essay1 talks about

paragraph3: compare what was talked about in paragraph1 to paragraph2

Is this good or do i need to change it?

@jonguy,
I suggest you take two or three themes or dimensions, and compare and contrast according to those themes. The themes will depend on the type of book. As an example you might compare "The Hobbit" with "Harry Potter" according the usage of 1 humor 2. poetry 3. depth of relationships between characters.
