Eighty thousand years to make the circuit around it's star. I just posted it 'cause i thought this was cool.

Bizarre gas giant takes 80,000 years to orbit its star.

I wonder how long the seasons are on that planet? Does winter last 20,000 years long?!

We have seasons because of our axial tilt. I don't know if that planet has an axial tilt. However, it's star isvery, very small, and not very hot. It probably doesn't get enough insolation to make a difference.

Still, wow. If your SO says, "I'll see you next year," on that planet, then I think it's a pretty major hint that things are over.
